We had a wonderful experience at My First Skool at Blk 682B Edgedale Plains, where our daughter Hayley Lim attended for about 1year. The school provides a nurturing and safe environment that allowed Hayley to thrive academically and socially.

A special mention goes to the principal, Ms. Vivian, whose leadership and dedication have made a significant impact. She was always approachable, supportive, and proactive in addressing any concerns we had, making the transition into school life smooth for both Hayley and us as parents.

My daughter, Nashifa, has been attending MFS Edgedale Plains 682B since she was three years old. This school has been a wonderful place for her, and we have witnessed her growth into a confident young lady.

One of the teachers who has been most involved in Nashifa’s journey is Jie Laoshi. Her kindness and sincerity in guiding the children truly come from the heart, and we are grateful for her dedication. It was always easy to approach Jie Laoshi with any questions regarding Nashifa. Despite only taking Mandarin classes for a year, Nashifa has shown great improvement, thanks to Jie Laoshi’s continuous efforts. She consistently communicated with Nashifa in Mandarin, helping her build confidence in the language.

We would also like to thank her Malay teacher, Cikgu Sorfina, for helping to polish her Bahasa Melayu and for consistently updating me on how she can further improve her Malay.

A special thanks to her English teacher, teacher Susan (K1), and Teacher Juvine (K2) for their strictness and discipline in the classroom, ensuring that the children are well-prepared for Primary One. Their guidance has played a big role in shaping Nashifa’s learning journey.

I would also like to express my gratitude to Ms. Vivian and Tr. Ida for their continuous support in making MFS a great environment for all preschoolers.

Both my kids been to this branch of MFS since infant. All teachers are very friendly and doing their best too. Understand that taking care kids are never easy but the teachers are doing quite well and train them too. Appreciate it for what the teachers done.

My kid has been with MFS since IFC and now he is in N2. The teachers here are friendly & caring, they truly made learning fun and enjoyable.

I commend My First Skool at 682B Edgedale Plains for the exceptional care provided to their students. As a working mother, I have peace of mind knowing my children are in the capable hands of their wonderful teachers, school staff, and proactive principal and assistant principal. My experience with My First Skool at 682B Edgedale Plains has been nothing short of exceptional. All three of my children have graduated from this school, and I am incredibly grateful for the strong foundation it has provided them. Today, they are excelling academically and socially in primary school, a testament to the values and skills they developed during their early years here.

My two children are both with MFS at Blk 682B Edgedale Plains and have been attending school here for 3-4 years now. They've been with the school since nursery one and have thrived year on year there.

Things we love about this MFS:

1. A very involved and approachable principal.
My eldest was flagged with slow speech and developmental delay and from the get-go, even before we enrolled to the school, the principal Ms Vivian was helpful, honest, supportive, and highly engaged every step of the way. She also took the time to work with parents who are keen to better support their children's learning journey. Last year, I worked closely with her on my children's weaknesses. She spent time analysing the areas each of my children are lacking in and gave me tips and taught me how to work with them at home to improve these areas, even providing tools to do so.

2. Good and patient teachers
The teachers there are able to strike a good balance of strictness and discipline with fun learning opportunities. We can clearly see the teachers' passion to educate and engage with their students. Despite their busy schedules, they are still patient and willing to go the extra mile to address our concerns and what each child needs.
Examples:
- Toilet training was challenging with my eldest, but with Wu lao shi and Hsieh lao shi's help, he was able to do so eventually. They also helped us by giving us advice on how to work on that at home as well.
- My eldest also has a sensory issue and is a picky eater so meals were challenging. In the first year, he only drank water and refused to eat anything at school. The teachers patiently worked hand in hand with us at home and at school to improve his eating habits and he now eats his school meals (even veggies which I am still am unable to achieve at home) and does so in a timely manner.
- Daily, Teacher Susan would have individual sessions with the children on their weak areas.

3. The school provides many opportunities to learn beyond the classroom
- The school organises field trips that my children really enjoy. From trips to the museum, outings to the nearby grocery shop, goat farm and on an LRT ride around the neighbourhood.
- We get easy access to after school enrichment classes with options related to sports, Chinese and English speech and drama, keyboard lessons, abacas and coding.
- The school encourages parent-child engagement through home projects and events during special dates like mooncake festival etc. They even rented a bouncy castle and set up a fun fair carnival for children's day last year.

The principal and her teachers have been instrumental in helping my children thrive and learn key life skills. We also appreciate that the principal and the teachers have experience working with children like my eldest with speech and developmental delays. They also work with other special needs children as well, so their patience and knowledge is very helpful.

In summary, we highly recommend the school to parents looking for a school for their child.

Our daughter loves attending My First Skool at Blk 682B Edgedale Plains! The teachers and principal are friendly, caring, and supportive. They organize plenty of fun activities and field trips, which our daughter really enjoys. There are also various enrichment classes to choose from, which is a relief for working parents who can’t send their kids to attend enrichment classes during weekdays. Overall, it’s a happy and engaging place for our child’s growth.

All 3 of my children are attending this centre since the start of last year. Im glad that my children are attending the school as I can see lots of positive improvements. The teachers never fail to greet the kids with a smile in the morning, and the school often involves parents in its activities or events. Im quite surprised that my children could adapt quite quickly when they first started at the centre, hence since then, I could say that I put my full trust in the teachers to nurture my children. Teachers/staffs are friendly and nice

I have two young kids who used to attend this centre at 682B Edgedale Plains, and my 3rd child is currently in N1 here. Even after we moved, I still send her to this centre every day because we really love it. The principal, Ms. Vivian, is amazing, very patient, kind, and always responsive. She takes parents’ feedback and suggestions seriously, and takes action when needed. The teachers are awesome too! My youngest even told me she wants to go back to school to sleep and play with her friends and teachers whenever she feels sad at home. That really says a lot about how much she loves it there!

We’ve had such a positive experience with the teachers! Teacher Wang Yu is always cheerful and caring, creating a warm and welcoming environment. Teacher Elia brings a strong sense of discipline which helps set clear expectations for the children. Teacher Dayana is soft-spoken and incredibly loving—my son absolutely adores her.

We’re also happy to see that our son has started picking up Mandarin in N1 and now uses a few words at home, which is a great sign of his learning progress.

The staff are all friendly and take great care, especially when bringing the children out for walks. It’s clear that they exercise responsibility and kindness, which gives us peace of mind.

A really ideal environment for infant care experience. From the very first day, the teachers at 682A Infant Bay have been warm, caring, attentive and professional. It's clear they genuinely love what they do and take the time to understand each baby's needs and personality.

The teachers provide us regular updates with photos, so that parents can see what their child experiences in school. The kind teachers even take time at the start or end of class to give thoughtful and meaningful advice for us new parents. The centre is clean, well equipped, and thoughtfully designed for infants’ safety and development.

Seeing as how our child looks forward to going to school on weekdays how much she loves her teachers, it gives us parents peace of mind when sending our child to the centre. Great job teachers and staff of 682A Infant Bay!

I’ve been sending my baby boy, Zein, to infant care 682A ever since he was 2 months old and I’d like to commend the teachers who have been showing him tremendous love and care up till now (he’s 9 months old). Teacher Ayu, Inesh, Sha, Hong, Wang, Siti and Principal Vivian. They are honestly the best teachers that my son is super excited to go to school everyday! The teachers are very capable and loving. my kid has the best teachers here, I am incredibly blessed to have met them here. they are patient, caring, and engaging. she comes home having learnt new things like wearing her own shoes, drinking from a cup, songs etc and she is spoken to a lot which helps her learn! and she has a lot of craft work too which is great. She enjoys her trips to her garden and loves the outdoors.

i get a lot of updates and photos from the teachers too. plus we have a lovely kind principal. All in all, beyond happy to be here.

Teachers are very patience and professional, my son will always tell me about his favourite teacher. And he learned so many things from his school, most importantly is how engaging my son has been since he started school here.

I feel truly grateful for the dedication and care that Teacher Susan has shown towards my girls. She has been warm, approachable, and deeply committed to creating a nurturing environment where the children can learn and grow.
