How can we help?
Diverse, delicious, nutritious
A child’s preschool years is the best time to encourage healthy eating habits, as well as shaping their food preferences.
All meals at My First Skool are freshly prepared in-house by our trained and committed cooks. They are so tasty that our children always end their mealtimes with a smile.
Most of our preschools are accredited under the Healthy Meals in Pre-schools Programme (HMPP), and some centres have attained Platinum accreditation. This is an initiative by the Health Promotion Board to empower preschools to serve up healthier meals and to educate children on good nutrition.

Handling Food Allergies
We go above and beyond to protect our children with food allergies by offering safe substitutes or replacements. If your child has any food allergies, please inform the school principal of their dietary requirements during registration so that we can prepare the right food with the right nutrients for them.
Your child’s meal queries, answered
Mealtimes are an extension to our approach of learning through experiences. The right nutrition is crucial for brain development, and it is never too early to encourage healthy eating habits. Each meal is carefully planned by our food consultant to provide your child with a balanced diet. Most of our preschools are accredited by the Healthy Meals in PreSchools Programme, an initiative by the Health Promotion Board. We strictly follow its guidelines, so you can rest assured that our food is healthy and nutritious for children.
Our preschools do not provide vegetarian food. Please inform the Principal on your child’s dietary requirement during registration so that we can advise you accordingly.
For age 6 months and below, formula/breast milk will be used as per parents’ advice. We will introduce cereals or solid food for children aged 7 months and above after consultation with parents.
