With this in mind, I set a path to achieving my goals in collaboration with parents, my team of teachers and the community and we have a shared commitment towards the holistic development of children. It has been a year that I have been working as a Principal at My First Skool, Blk 126A Edgedale Plains, after having managed other branches bringing with me a solid 15 years of past experience as an Early Childhood Leader.

I believe in excellence, customer service and having a high performing team that garners results for all stakeholders connected to the centre. Our main achievements are the award of a 36-month operating licence and retention of the SPARK accreditation for quality. To get children to learn in a meaningful context, we embarked on several projects with the National Art Council’s Art Education Program (AEP), Project Bloom with National Environment Agency, Healthy Promoting Preschool by Health Promotion Board, Space Redesign and many more.

I am committed to helping children to maximize their fullest potential and enjoy learning in a conducive environment. I mentor and enhance the pedagogical skills of my teachers so that they can excel in teaching and learning practices. I am glad to have achieved good progress in my career and have been nominated as an Outstanding Leader by the Early Childhood Development Agency previously.
