My leadership philosophy is rooted in the principles of Head, Heart, and Hand: thinking with purpose, caring with compassion, and serving with humility. This approach guides how I support children, empower educators, and cultivate strong partnerships with families to foster a community where everyone feels genuinely valued.

With over 20 years of experience in early childhood education across both local and international settings, I hold a Master’s Degree in Children, Youth and International Development, as well as a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education. Supported by over a decade of senior leadership experience, my practice remains grounded in child development research and guided by deep respect for each child’s unique journey.
