I believe every child deserves a joyful and nurturing start that cultivates confidence, curiosity, and a lifelong love for learning. My journey in early childhood education began in 2009, and I have embraced various roles throughout my career, including Teacher, Lead Teacher, and Deputy Centre Lead. These experiences have culminated in my current role as Principal at My First Skool @ Blk 706 Hougang Ave 2.

My leadership is driven by a people-first philosophy, where strong and respectful relationships with children, families, and educators form the foundation of all I do. I am passionate about creating a culture of trust, collaboration, and positivity to ensure that everyone within our community feels valued.

Partnering with families is deeply important to me. I find great fulfilment in supporting each child’s growth and celebrating their unique learning journey alongside their parents and caregivers.
