I began my journey in early childhood education in 2009, driven by a passion for working with children. With over a decade of experience, I have advanced from a relief teacher to a Centre Leader at My First Skool, where I foster a love for learning and support each child’s unique growth.

At Blk 170 Hougang, I lead my team in creating meaningful experiences and engaging parents in their child’s learning journey. We offer opportunities for children to connect with the community through intergenerational programmes and partnerships with NParks, the Singapore Police Force (SPF), and the National Library Board.

I prioritise my team’s professional growth while building a positive, nurturing environment that benefits children, families, and educators. I believe that leadership is the privilege of guiding and empowering others to reach their full potential.
