I have been in the early childhood education sector for 12 years, beginning my journey as a preschool teacher after completing my Diploma in Early Childhood. From the very start, I knew this was where I wanted to be – working closely with young children, nurturing their growth, and touching little hearts during their formative years. Driven by my belief in quality early childhood education, I furthered my studies and graduated with a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education from the Singapore University of Social Sciences, where I was honored to receive the NTUC First Campus Bronze Award.

I am grateful for the opportunity to grow within My First Skool, starting as a Deputy Centre Lead and now serving as a Principal. Through mentoring and coaching educators, building trusting relationships with families, and fostering strong partnerships with community partners such as NTUC Health, I have come to value collaboration and shared responsibility in supporting children’s development. In an ever-changing world where technology is part of everyday life, I look forward to working with the team to thoughtfully support children in developing age-appropriate digital literacy, while ensuring learning remains meaningful and child-centred.

As an educator-leader, I believe every child deserves to feel safe, respected, and valued. Guided by integrity and care, I look forward to working closely with families and the team to build a nurturing environment and enable bright futures for all children.
