Beginning my journey in the early childhood sector in 2005, working with children has remained the most rewarding and fulfilling part of my life. With over two decades of experience, I am dedicated to instilling a love for learning from a young age, recognising that each child possesses unique characteristics, abilities, and needs.

Having grown professionally through the opportunities provided by My First Skool, I have transitioned from a Deputy Centre Leader to my current role as Centre Leader. This journey allows me to translate my core beliefs into tangible practices for my team and the children at Blk 333 Kang Ching Road.

At our centre, we value meaningful collaboration and communication with families and the wider community. Together, we create engaging, challenging, and unique opportunities for our children to learn and explore beyond the classroom. As a leader, I am committed to a child-centred approach that focuses on the unique interests of each child while maintaining a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment that respects the diversity of all families.
