As an educator, my philosophy is to nurture happy children, collaborate with happy teachers, and partner with happy families to create knowledge together. With more than a decade of opportunities to learn from children, families, colleagues, and the wider community, I deeply value the authentic experiences this journey has offered. The early childhood fraternity has continually inspired me through its spirit of generosity, curiosity, and shared purpose.
After completing my Diploma in Early Childhood Teaching, I pursued further studies, including an Advanced Diploma in Leadership, a Bachelor of Education in Early Childhood, and a Professional Certificate in Infant Care. These learning experiences have enriched my practice and strengthened my belief that lifelong learning begins from young. I am excited to walk alongside your child as they learn, grow, and discover at My First Skool.
At our centre, we believe children’s development is deeply shaped by their social environments. Guided by the understanding that every parent is their child’s first teacher, we strive to build strong and trusting partnerships with all families. Together, we aim to foster the spirit of “Families for Life”, anchoring our practices in meaningful collaborations and shared celebrations.
We are also committed to modelling sustainable living and advocating for environmentally responsible practices. Our children participate in thoughtfully designed experiences that help them to understand their role in caring for the world that they live in. We believe that no one is too small to start something big, and collectively, we can contribute towards the 2030 UNICEF Sustainable Development Goals.
In this cohesive community, where we continue to nurture the next generation of active, curious learners, I look forward to the learning opportunities within the evolving early childhood sector that inspire me to drive continuous growth at our centre. As we embrace the diverse perspectives and strengths of every individual, we can provide quality learning experiences for each child in our neighbourhood.
