I believe every child deserves a joyful and meaningful start to learning, one that nurtures curiosity, builds confidence, and supports holistic growth. As an early childhood leader, I am deeply passionate about creating safe and engaging environments where children feel valued, heard, and empowered to explore the world around them.

With over a decade of experience in the early childhood sector, I bring both professional practice and academic grounding to my leadership. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Educational Studies and Leadership from Wheelock College. I also completed my Master of Education (Early Childhood) at the National Institute of Education (NIE), Nanyang Technological University, in 2025.

My educational approach is guided by the belief that children learn best through meaningful experiences, relationships, and play. Our centre at Blk 14A Toa Payoh Lorong 7, which has been accredited under SPARK since 2017, works closely with ECDA to uphold quality practices. We enrich children’s learning through strong community partnerships with Thye Hua Kwan Senior Activity Centres, the National Library Board, and neighbouring primary schools, extending learning beyond the classroom.

Strong partnerships with families are at the heart of our work. I value open communication and collaboration with parents, believing that when educators and families work together, children thrive. Seeing children come to school with confidence and joy each day continues to inspire and affirms my passion for this meaningful work.
