With over a decade of experience as a preschool principal, I have found deep fulfilment in early childhood education. It is truly inspiring to collaborate with educators, children, and families to build a strong foundation for lifelong learning and to nurture confident, capable future changemakers.

I firmly believe that children thrive through engaging, hands-on learning experiences, thoughtfully facilitated by dedicated educators within environments that serve as “the third teacher.” Each learning space is intentionally designed to spark curiosity and support meaningful, purposeful learning while fostering transdisciplinary connections, inquiry, and conceptual understanding across learning domains.

Partnership with families is central to our philosophy, promoting continuity in care and learning. Building respectful relationships through consistent communication is essential to our shared success. Strong collaborations with community organisations further enrich our learning environment, equipping children with critical thinking, reasoning, and problem-solving skills for the 21st century and beyond.

I am fortunate to work alongside many committed educators who have been with the centre for over ten years. Their dedication and experience contribute greatly to the vibrant culture of our school. Together, we strive to create a joyful, nurturing learning environment where each child can flourish.

Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Studies, I remain committed to continuous professional development and applying my knowledge and experience for the benefit of every child in our care.
