I believe in providing a joyful, enriching experience where every child can build the curiosity, confidence, and values needed to thrive, laying a firm foundation for a lifelong love of learning. With over 20 years of experience in early childhood education, I hold a Master of Education in Early Childhood Education and joined My First Skool in 2011.

As a leader with over a decade of senior management expertise, I guide my team to provide an intentional, responsive environment, unlocking each child’s innate potential to investigate, innovate, and make sense of the world. Under my leadership, our preschool features a distinct niche in loose parts play, where we empower children to actively manipulate and reimagine their surroundings. As they sort, build, and design, our young learners do not just learn about the world; they develop the critical thinking, motor skills, and creative resilience needed to confidently create and problem-solve.

I am also deeply committed to holistic character development, actively anchoring our curriculum in our Intergenerational Programme and the Singapore Kindness Movement to cultivate empathy, kindness, and graciousness in our young learners. Through guided interactions and everyday practises, we help children translate these experiences into meaningful, lifelong values.

I firmly believe that families are our essential partners, and I am dedicated to collaborating closely with parents to bridge home and school learning. Together, we cultivate a supportive, trusting network that fosters each child’s emotional security, school readiness, and holistic development.
