With over a decade of experience in early childhood care and education, including several years in centre leadership, I have progressed through various roles with a steadfast commitment to quality education and team development. My leadership journey is guided by the principle of leading by example. I believe in practicing integrity and working collaboratively with teachers and families to provide enriching learning experiences that support every child’s holistic development.

Strong partnerships with families are at the heart of my practice. I place great value on working closely with parents to support each child’s unique development and well-being. The greatest joy in my work comes from witnessing children learn, explore, and blossom each day.
