Current infant care teachers are caring and loving, I feel safe and assured leaving my child under their care.
Playgroup teachers can be hit or miss, though they are generally competent at their job. Most of them lack passion and give you the feeling that they are just here to clock hours - basically you get what you pay for.
Environment at this branch is well-lit and well-ventilated though it can get warm for the playgroup/nursery kids as it is not air-conditioned. There is also a persistent issue of mosquitoes.

The school that accepted my baby to Infant Care within a week of notice and now she's in Playgroup. Teachers from both cares are loving! We live in the East and not willing to change my baby near to our home as we're happy with Havelock.
