My professional journey began nearly four decades ago as a teacher, an experience that profoundly shaped my educational philosophy and deepened my lifelong commitment to children’s learning and advocacy. For more than half of my career, I have served in various leadership roles, guiding dedicated teams to deliver meaningful and high-quality learning experiences.

I have always maintained that strong partnerships with parents and the community are essential to a child’s success. Throughout my career, I have cultivated significant collaborations with families and community partners, actively engaging them in school programmes and activities to create a supportive and connected learning environment.

Under my leadership, and through the collective effort of a committed team of educators, we have achieved several notable milestones. One of our most significant accomplishments is attaining SPARK accreditation, which reflects our unwavering dedication to excellence in early childhood education.

I believe that effective leadership begins with the art of listening. A successful leader not only provides guidance but also nurtures and develops future leaders.
