I am an early childhood educator and leader with 16 years of experience, deeply committed to shaping young lives and nurturing the next generation of educators.
Holding a Diploma in Preschool Teaching and Leadership, I have devoted my professional journey to creating joyful and meaningful learning experiences for children while mentoring colleagues to grow with confidence and purpose. Teaching has always been more than a profession for me; it is a calling that fuels my passion and sense of accomplishment each day.
In my leadership journey, I see my role not just as guiding staff, but as empowering them to excel in curriculum delivery, embrace best practices, and stay true to the centre’s mission, vision, and values. Currently, I lead My First Skool at 227 Bartley Walk, where I cultivate a culture of collaboration, professionalism, and heart-driven service.
I believe every child deserves authentic learning experiences that encourage them to explore, discover, and wonder at their own pace. To me, education is about sparking curiosity and scaffolding each child’s journey through hands-on opportunities that inspire creativity and confidence.
At My First Skool, I am proud to be part of a community that values continuous learning and sharing. I am driven by the joy of nurturing not only young minds, but also fellow educators and leaders, instilling a spirit of lifelong learning and professional growth. My strong sense of service is rooted in passion for what I do, and it is this passion that enables me to touch lives, support families, and make a lasting difference in the community.
