With over three decades of experience in the early childhood sector, I hold an Honours Degree in Early Childhood Studies and have progressed from a classroom teacher to a Principal, leading teams across various My First Skool centres. Under my leadership, our centres have consistently achieved SPARK accreditation, reflecting a steadfast commitment to quality and continuous improvement. In recognition of these efforts, I was honoured to be shortlisted as a finalist for the ECDA Outstanding Early Childhood Leader Award in 2019.

I remain deeply committed to maintaining high standards of care and learning while instilling strong values and a respect for diversity. Through project-based learning, field trips, and robust family partnerships, we empower children within a safe and stimulating environment to grow into confident and resilient citizens of the future.
