As an early childhood leader, I am dedicated to creating a centre where children feel secure, families feel welcomed, and educators are empowered.

My professional path started with a Bachelor of Engineering from Nanyang Technological University, but I discovered my true passion for working with young children and supporting their early development. This led me to obtain a Diploma in Early Childhood Education (Teaching) and an Advanced Diploma in Early Childhood Leadership. With over a decade of experience in the sector, I continue to learn and grow alongside educators, children, and families.

My previous training informs my leadership style, urging me to establish systematic practises that create organised, child-centred environments for holistic development. Strong systems allow educators to focus on what truly matters: meaningful interactions and quality learning experiences.

Witnessing children arrive at school happy, confident, and eager to learn is the greatest reward. Alongside my team and families, I strive to create a centre where every child feels safe and inspired, and every family experiences trust and belonging. It is a genuine privilege to support children in their early years and help lay the foundation for their bright futures. I believe that the goal of early education is not to rush childhood, but to nurture it with patience, care, and purpose.
