I absolutely love this centre – it's spacious and well-equipped! The teachers often bring the children out for walks to explore and connect with nature, encouraging learning through play. From day one, everyone has been incredibly warm and welcoming.

As a new mother, I experienced intense separation anxiety, especially with my firstborn. The teachers were always thoughtful and reassuring, providing regular updates that truly helped ease my worries. Their support made a world of difference.

Sent my son to MFS at 6 Segar road , this is a really good pre-school to come . And also all the teachers there is really nice and friendly.

All 3 of my kids attend their pre school here (since 2019) and it always been a great experience for all. All 3 had different teachers, but the same energy and kindness exudes from them.
Never regret sending all my children here.

MFS 6 Segar has friendly teachers, conducive learning environment for my child. My child enrolled since 2023 as infant. My First Skool also provided advice on how we can support the child's learning journey too.

My boy has been blessed with very friendly and caring teachers and staff since he first joined the school from infant care to N1. My appreciation to Ms Serene, Mdm Haj, May Lao Shi, Ms Kristina and Li Laoshi for their sincere care for my boy. The school premises is also huge and clean.

My daughter has been attending MFS @ 6 Segar Road since she was 20 months old, and now at 4 years old, she still looks forward to going every day. The school has truly become a second home for her.
The standalone building with its high ceilings provides excellent ventilation, creating a bright and airy environment that feels safe and welcoming. One of the highlights is its proximity to Zhenghua Park (NP), where the children regularly enjoy outdoor time as part of their timetable. It's wonderful to know they're getting fresh air, sunshine, and a chance to explore nature. The sheltered carpark has been a huge convenience, especially on rainy days - something every parent can appreciate!

My boys are attending MFS @ 6 Sugar Road over a year. Thanks to the teachers, they have adjusted and learning well in school. My boys love the daily outdoor walk at the nearby Zhenghua park, and I think this is an excellent part of the curriculum to allow the kids learn how to get close to nature via playing.

Enrolling our son Tyler at My First Skool has been one of the best decisions we’ve made in his early childhood journey. From the very start, the teachers have shown genuine dedication, warmth, and professionalism that gave us peace of mind and made Tyler’s transition into school a smooth and positive experience.

Ms Syafiqah, Tyler’s first Playgroup teacher, was especially outstanding. Her patience, attentiveness, and nurturing nature truly made a difference. It was evident that Tyler felt secure and happy under her care, as he would walk into school every day with a big smile, excited to see her.

In Nursery 1, Ms Amellia and Ms Dai Sijia continued to provide the same high standard of care and guidance. They created a safe and engaging learning environment that Tyler looked forward to every day. What stood out was their proactive communication, they were always prompt and clear in addressing our queries, keeping us updated on Tyler’s progress and well-being.

Send my daughter to MFS Segar Road since her playgroup time, the learning journey plan for the childrens was excellent and systematic, the teachers is also helpful in many ways to make the kids understand what they are learning during their time in MFS Segar Road.

Nearby to my house and my girl enjoy her outdoor activities as it is next to Zhenghua Park which they have learned alot of different types of bird species.

My first skool is the best pre skool for kids. As a working parents, we have send our kids here and the skool has been taking good care for our kids.
All the teachers, staffs and principle are friendly and willing to help all the parents bringing up their kids. Our kids has been grown up a lot and be so much Independant. As parents, we feel safe to send our kids here and kids also learn a lot in their teaching program.

The staff and teachers at MFS 6 Segar very helpful and nice. Especially for FTM like me, the staff - Ms Serene given alot of support and courage to me. Credit to my boy's teachers - Ms Joy and Su laoshi, their personality very cheerful and easy going, my boy like them so much even we not full attendance kind. Like after 2 weeks not going school he still can recognise them and happily to go to school. Teacher will call and check in with the parent if the kid absence for few days.

Send my kid here since she was a toddler. She is in K2 now. What i like about this school is the ease in getting in and out. There is a good access control system where parents are alerted on the child's movement via check-ins and outs. Good sizing for veh parking.

The school has different language teachers and that is where the differences end. All teachers regardless, play a role in shaping the kids' development process & progress. My kid loves all her teachers and seeing her giving hugs to these teachers, tells me everything I need to know about the affection and love these teachers & the principal show to our kids.

The teaching program is also structured. i'd say it's nicely balanced. Sadly she will be moving to P1 next year and my kid wishes she has her teacher with her in P1 too.

So thanks to Ms. Eileen, et.al for my daughter's journey in this 'skool'. I don't know about other pre-schools, but this place is just near perfect for 'learning & nurturing'.

I like the environment because MFS Segar is a standalone building. My kids have been there from infant to kindergarten. It is near Zhenghua Nature Park so kids get lots of opportunities to explore in the nature. It also held small events regularly for family to participate in at the Segar Hall beside. The childcare also has enrichment courses after school lesson which we can sign up for.

Glad to have a mega school in the neighborhood. Teachers, staffs and principals were friendly towards both parents and students. I do like the nature of the curriculum and field trips which expose my child to more things. apart from curriculum, teachers also focus on building my child's confidence and soft skills, at the same time builidng my child's independence. The environment in school is clean as well whenever I send/pickup or visit the school. The school also frequently organize parents activities with the children to foster relationships and bonding.

The school of one of the best facility in the neighborhood. It cater from infant care to higher grade hence your kids don't need to change environment. The principal is very friendly as well. I highly recommend to send you kids here.

So many pointers on why I love this preschool. The school is big and very well ventilated with a park situated right next to it. The children head outdoors every morning for an hour of activity and my child enjoys it so much. On top of that, the staff in the school are very friendly and smiley. My two kids have been with MFS Segar since they were 18 months. The school has definitely exceeded my expectations. The school environment is big as its a standalone building. The kids have ample space to move around safely and has various learning corners too. The school is just next to the park and Segar Hall where the kids would have lots of learning experiences with the nature during their outdoor sessions. It has a sheltered carpark which I am always thankful for during rainy days.
The teachers and staffs are extremely caring and professional. I always feel very safe to leave my kids with the school’s care. My experience with the teachers over the years and levels are all very pleasant. My kids love their teachers! They have always gone for the extra miles for the children.
Customer Servicer officer (Serene) as well as the Principal and heads of school are also very friendly and approachable! The school is also very active and creative in planning of events such as CNY, National day, Hari raya, Deepavali and Christmas celebrations.
Academic wise, they focus on play and learn. My kids enjoy their school everyday and learnt a lot during their school years. The school also has enrichment courses which we can sign up for after lessons too.
Overall, my experience with MFS Segar is a very positive one from day one. I am very thankful for being able to send my lovely kids here where they can be very well taken care off and I can work without worries. I am gald that we have send my boy to my first skool at 6 segar road. Firstly, the admins staff Serene was nice, helpful and friendly, she is able to guide us thru some of the admin process that we are unsure about.

Secondly the Principle and the Teachers there were all very friendly, nice, patient and helpful..

Thirdly, the school is big, clean, and nice, they even has access to the natural park behind the school...

Every morning when we send my boy he was greeted by the staffs with a friendly smile to check on his tempreture, hand and leg for HFMD, then he was brought in by the teachers to their respective classes . Beside that we could see that he loves attending school, he always will run to his form teachers Ms Shi Hui and Lu lao shi to hug them. They have many activies and they will bring them out to the natural park behind the school for outdoor activites. Most importantly he has learn things in school, he start speaking word by word and will surprise us with different word each day, he even know how to remove his own pants for diaper changing and pants. He also learn to eat on his own and take his own bottle to drink. We are gald to see that he is improving and learning new thing each day.

Not only this, the cleaniness in the school was good, as you would see aunty around keep doing cleaning and washing, the hygiene there was good, and kids was told to wash their hands before food, they also will update and inform if there is any COVID cases or HFMD (very rare) and they will do the precaution well and did not let it spread..... unlike some school i heard if there is HFMD and they spread fast among the kids..

Overall this school is a thumbs up, I always feel safe and less worry about him attending school and focus on my work..

The staff are always warm and cheerful, ready to greet the children and pace their day. The educators are also mindful of each individual child's needs and do their best to cater to them in a nurturing manner that promotes curiosity and development of social skills from a young age. Personally, our daughter loves going to school and enjoys her time with her teachers through the 2 years she has been here. Communication with the staff has always been pleasant, and the teachers provide timely feedback and input about how our girl has been doing in school and all her little antics. We appreciate this and the relationships they have created with and for our little girl, and I am sure it would come a long way in her growth and learning.

Huge school with great teachers. Looks super impressive with the facilities. Teachers to student ratio is small for infant. A lot of outdoor activities and field trips for the kids. You should apply for this school if you stay in bukit panjang.

My 2 kids have been here since they were 18months, teachers here are understanding and i love their facilities. Their meal plan is nutritious and i have trust in them educating my kids!

This center has been our preferred center for our children since 2019.

I could see bond formed between staff, teachers, children and parents since the first day we enrolled our firstborn. It is always heartwarming to witness teaching and non-teaching staff greeting every children by their name. And to see the smiles and giggles from the children’s face to return their greeting, is priceless.

My firstborn has graduated from that centre 3 years ago but they continue to ask about his wellbeing.

I also love how patient and accommodating the teachers are in this centre. They will continue to engage and provide constructive feedback to parents to create a positive atmosphere for the children in school.

The center is also conducive for kids to learn and grow! The high ceiling and window glasses around it allows more natural light to come through which we believe it will help with children’s overall health and wellbeing.

Both my sons are in this school, one in playgroup and one in infant care. Principal, Teachers and non-teaching staffs are very dedicated, always ready to give us updates of our children's well-being in school. The school environment is fantastic, very well ventilated and with the possibility of air-conditioning when necessary. The curriculum is centric around playing and exploring which triggers our sons' interest in learning. Our sons loves school. They come back everyday telling us how much they enjoy and want to go to school even in their sick days!

Our girl enjoys herself very much in school and looks forward going to school every day. She is able to tell and role play what she learns in school with us at home. The teachers will always update us how she is doing in school. She has learned so much during this 1.5 years with the school. All the teachers and non teaching staffs are nice and handle the kids very well. Definitely recommend this school!

Dedicated Teachers who gives equal attention on all the children. School environment is clean and condusive, close to nature ( park) and we love the open concept. My girl has been enjoying school since 3months old with all the activities planned by her Teachers in school, and sometimes they even prepared craft activities or props for singing to bond with our LO at home. Her form teacher constantly give us updates when we fetch her and also gave suggestions on how we can help our girl to develop better.

A mega childcare centre with warm, dedicated and patient principal, teachers and support staffs. Each of them played a critical role in helping our children to adjust, adapt and enjoy their preschool experiences. It is highly commendable as the staffs will consistently make conscientious effort to identify and memorise the name of every child at the centre. Activities and celebrations are also frequently held for the children to help them to understand the origins of each festivals and foster a senses of what they should value in their lives. The publications of the activities album are helpful for parents to know and understand the learning phase of their children as well.

The location, standalone building as well as the comprehensive range of facilities available have also enabled the children to learn, play and grow uninterrupted.

Hope to see the organising of external excursions (e.g. to the farms, etc) for the children/and parents to mingle and share their experiences of parenting. A forum/portal for the parents to interact with one another will be beneficial for the growth of the children as well. As parents, we look forward to know more about how our children progress and behave in school so that we can play a better part in guiding them as well.

If you stay around here, you may consider to send your child to this school. My girls attended their preschool at MFS 6 Segar Road and never once they informed us that they do not want to attend school. In addition, we have never seen any kid cry not wanting to go school in the morning. From the cleaners, admin staff, teachers and principal are all so friendly.

Really love this My First Skool campus at 6 Segar Road because its really spacious and right next to a public park. The teachers will bring the children out for bird watching, playing on the grass field, playing at sand playground, etc which is really good for getting some vitamin D. In addition, Principal Jennifer and all the teachers are really friendly, take good care of the children and put in lots of efforts to plan really creative activities for the children. Great place to send your kids!
