I am Ms Tang Hui Min, Principal of My First Skool at 3 Pasir Ris Drive 6.

With over 15 years of experience in the early childhood education sector, I am deeply passionate about fostering children’s growth and development. My journey in this industry began with a love for children, and it continues to be rewarding to witness their progress alongside their families. It is especially fulfilling to stay connected with past students and see them flourish after graduating.

The smiles, hugs, and affection from children are the most heartwarming rewards, while the acknowledgment and appreciation from parents fuel my drive. I am also motivated by the strong sense of teamwork and collaboration that shapes our daily work.

I firmly believe in the power of community, and I strive to build strong, positive relationships with families and community partners. Open, two-way communication is essential in ensuring the holistic development of every child in our care.
