As the Executive Principal of My First Skool at 10 Jurong West, I am deeply committed to advancing high-quality early childhood education where every child experiences joyful, meaningful, and purposeful learning. I believe the early years are foundational, shaping the curiosity, confidence, character, and lifelong love for learning that stay with a child forever.

With over 25 years of experience in the early childhood sector, I have had the privilege of leading dynamic teams, strengthening centre practices, and supporting the professional growth of educators to enhance learning outcomes. I am dedicated to cultivating a culture of excellence, reflective practice, and continuous improvement within our centre.

My educational philosophy centres on honouring children’s voices and empowering them to think deeply about their world. Together with my team, I intentionally design inclusive and engaging learning environments that promote exploration, discovery, and bilingual development.
