Our Love For Teaching
Being passionate about children and what we teach is in our DNA. We are committed to empower our children with the confidence to constantly seek new knowledge and experiences. We also encourage them to ask questions because a learning mind is an inquisitive one. From group learning activities to ensuring their well-being, every interaction is based on patience and care.
We have more than 2,600 early childhood educators across the island, all with one passion – to help your child be the best that he or she can be.
All our teachers meet the training requirements set by the Early Childhood Development Agency (ECDA), and most also hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education. We also believe in constant training and development because, just like your children, we never stop learning.
My First Skool is supported by a central team of professional practices and development specialists who help develop our programmes, train our teachers and maintain the quality of teaching. This means that children at My First Skool can grow and learn in a happy, nurturing environment.
