Both my wife and I would like to thank MFS JW2 for doing a wonderful job in taking care of our son, Van Leeuwen Lee Jun Xiang. We enrolled our child in another centre prior to My First Skool and we can see the significant difference in the education system and how our child behaves when he comes back from school. He has improved his english tremendously and is very happy everyday after school. The activities that he takes part in are also very interesting and helpful in this development. Times have changed and technology has improved. Convenience has indirectly increased workload, and the current Covid-19 pandemic has made things even tougher. We would like to commend Teacher Mano and He Lao Shi for their resilience and hard work in taking care of the class. A good education system requires good teachers to execute the programme and as parents, we could not be more happy and blessed to have our child enrolled in MFS JW2. They have put in much effort in their work and as parents, we are assured that our child is in good hands. Keep up the good work and thank you once again.
Thank you to all the teachers and caregivers of My 1st Skool at Telok blangah heights. Its not easy managing kids and covid 19 situation has made me realised that it its a calling to be a teacher. I would like to appreciate Teacher Mas for teaching Aashwika and Aashrita in year 2019 during their Nursery period. Teacher Mas was kind and thoughtful and always updating me on the kids progress. I would also like to say my special thanks to Teacher Gaya and Long Loashi. Thank you for caring for both my daughters every day. Always encouraging them and prepping them for a lifetime success. Teacher Gaya goes the extra mile of letting me know of my daughters sad and good days and how I do a follow up on their learning and self care needs. She is full of enthusiasm and patience. I really appreciate all of your hard work. Keep the spark going.
I am writing to you to commend two teachers from K2, My First Skool; Teacher Marina and Tian Lao Shi. My son is Aaryan Daniputra Fairoz who graduated from K2 in 2019. Teacher Marina has been my son’s teacher since K1. Throughout these two years, I have been impressed with the sincerity and passion of Teacher Marina’s whose engaging themes and lessons never fail to capture the imagination of her students. This is evident in my son’s enthusiastic sharing of what he learnt in school with us. What stands out even more about Teacher Marina is her holistic development of her pupils, especially with regard to their character. My son, Aaryan has always refused to perform publicly whenever there was a school celebration. This has been the case since he entered nursery. In his K2 concert however, we were blown away by his performance, where he not only performed his role but danced as well. This might seem ordinary to most parents but we, the parents, have been very encouraging and nurturing to build his confidence in public performance but all to no avail. However, in his two years with teacher Marina, we have seen him develop and come out of his shell. This is no easy feat as this could only have been possible with a teacher as passionate and encouraging as teacher Marina. As mentioned earlier, we have been trying as parents to build his confidence since he entered nursery and the only time he performed was during his school graduation ceremony in K2. Teaching a second language, or in this case a third language to children is no easy task. My son has always refused to utter a word in mandarin at home despite our constant coaxing. However, during his performance he blew us away with his dialogue in Mandarin. Again, to be able to coax someone of my son’s personality to step out of his comfort zone requires a great deal of passion and commitment on the part of his teacher, Tian Lao Shi. Passionate and sincere teachers make up the backbone of any school. I am glad and blessed to have had the pleasure of having Teacher Marina and Tian Lao Shi as my child’s teachers. They are indeed valuable assets to My First Skool and I would like to thank them for all the hard work and dedication that goes into teacher their pupils and my son.
Just want to convey our appreciation to Tian Laoshi and Teacher Marina for their effort to prepare those videos and teaching materials during Circuit Breaker period for Shihai to do at home. They followed up with us every day for temperature reading and keep in touch with us even after we have withdrew from the centre. We really feel the enthusiasm they have for kids. At the same time, we also want to convey our thanks to Tan Laoshi, Wu Laoshi and teacher Mano for their assistance and patience during the years Shiyang and Shihai were with them. Look forward to meet you all again soon. Keep in tough and stay safe!
I am Nazarudinsha Bin Abdul Rahim father of two children who had graduated from My First Skool Jurong West Branch (JW2) in 2019. JW2 is headed by Ms Michelle Tan and we have known her since 2016. Under her guidance, our children had benefited from the wide range of enriching programmes which were catered to their learning development and character building. Ms Michelle Tan is an approachable and cheerful individual. She is highly motivated and able to communicate well with parents. She believed in delivering high quality early childhood education and this can be seen through the careful planned programmes such as the East Coast Beach outings with parents, teachers and child where children were encouraged to keep the environment clean, and at the same time bond with parents and teachers as well. Ms Michelle Tan even took the extra step by engaging parents to share their work experience and/or skills with the children through a three-hour session such as imparting the skills of simple sports e.g. soccer and/or show what they do at work. Through these sessions, children were able to understand the different jobs done by parents and learned new skills. These hands-on activities will be retained in our children memories thus, enriching their learning journey. As parent, I had seen positive changes in my children under the leadership of Ms Michelle Tan. Ms Michelle is valuable staff to My First Skool and parents. She had made a positive impact to both our children lives.
I enrolled my son in MFS day care center when he was 24 months old. As a parent, I entrust my greatest blessing to the staff at MFS every day, and I am grateful for the loving care and guidance he receives. The teachers look at each child as an individual, with their own strengths and needs. My son has been blessed with awesome teachers who understand his challenges, and handle him with grace. My child has learned so much and continues to share with me the great activities that go on each day at "school!"
I am thankful to all teacher and principal have well guided my son Zell Dincht for his learning journey. He Has been enrolled to first skool since 18 months. Understand that my son very bubbly child and love to join with his peers.
We wanted to thank you Teacher Khad and Chu LaoShi for the wonderful job you two have done teaching our child, Hao Sheng. Our respect and admiration for you as a teacher cannot be expressed in words. You make an impact on the lives of the students in your class, and they will remember you for many years to come. Thank you for being the positive change in their live. THANK YOU!
First of all, we would like to give a big THANKS to Hao Kai's infant teachers, Teacher Raj, Teacher Warda and Luo LaoShi. I know that my kid is in good hands. Thanks for taking care of Hao Kai. Hao Kai has been joined the Toddler class since end of 2018, thank you to Teacher Mun, Teacher Yvonne and Yu LaoShi for being the great teachers. Meanwhile, they are teachers also take care Hao Kai so much, like Jiang LaoShi, Teacher Jia Pei, Teacher Pat, Teacher Khad.... Being a teacher can’t be easy. It takes a lot of hard work and sacrifice. You all doubtlessly spend a lot of time worrying about the students in your class at the expense of your personal time. We thank you sincerely for caring so much :)
